OT: Video made with Vegas

It was made for my friend.
He is a Polio victim and in the last 5 is doing Yoga.
He developed his own version of Yoga which dramatically improved his quality of life.
It is in 2 parts and can be viewed in HD.
Used Canon HV30 in 24P and Vegas.

Could you possibly tell me the render settings you used for these?

I'm currently having bad results rendering good quality vids for youtube.
