I quite liked it!
My only "critiques" would be that the color correction was not consistant. But for a project of this nature, that might not be very important.
The one thing that did throw me was your exterior shot of the location. I like the angle - once, but the lack of tripod really distracted me on that shot. I would have used a different angle for the second time (near the end) we see the exterior, personally.
But overall, you got some great testimonials that were nicely shot. You have some good story telling and you certainly portray the warmth that the staff and management wanted you to bring out. I'm sure that they're thrilled with the results. You did well!
