OT: Videographer Contract

Only done a few weddings - mostly for friends.. for the $$ ones, I have usually
asked for payment on delivery.. Picked up a client which i am going to give a discount for cash-in-advance (to pay for my V4.0 when it comes out! lol)

Going to need to give her receipt/agreement of some sort..

Anyone out there, kind enough to post (or email) a Standard Terms/Conditions - Agreement for videographer services that
I could review / use as a guide to create my own (ie mostly plagiarize =)

That would sure be terrific!
thanks

"I could review / use as a guide to create my own (ie mostly plagiarize =)" Hmmm . . .

If it is possible in your area, investigate the option of belonging to a professional videography organisation. You might get some unexpected support. Videoing something like a Wedding can be fraught with some major options for dissagreements. Contract law is not one of my talents. Knowing that I am part of an organisation that could assist me in creating a relevent format contract AND to be able to discuss this with practioners from within the industry is beneficial - yes?
