Ok, GREAT atmosphere as the Torch passed by Wembley Stadium. The weather is spectacular. We had every Nation, literally, under the Sun. Just got back home and wrote this.

Sounds very exciting.

Just read the Wall Street Journal this morning (7am here right now) with my coffee, they said UK had record rainfall for June, and everyone is hoping the weather gets better for the games.

In June one of our Counties recieved its June rainfull in one hour!!!

July was also "damp", we've gone a wee bit Sun Happy. The Torch event today was just the ticket.

Come Friday night we're having a Games-BBQ.

My daughter got so into the opening ceremonies from China that she insisted on having a "celebration" to mark this year's. So, in honor of Grazie....er...I mean the Olympics, we're preparing bangers and mash on Friday and sitting in front of the telly.

Oh, and please send rain to middle of US. We'll take any that you care to send.
