I was seeing all the time, and I could never figure it out. Until that is I asked what it meant, and it hit me (ouch) "does it mean Off Topic????"

Well then I felt kinda silly, but it's good to know that lot's of other people here didn't know either.

The first couple of times I saw OT, I thought it was a guy's initials.
