OT: What PC for Vegas? CPU, Ram, etc

OK, I'm about to cave in and get a new PC and update my Vegas Pro to the latest.

What PC do you guys suggest?

1 - What brand?

2 - How equipped? CPU, CPU Speed, Ram, Video, etc?

3 - If I elect DIY and build my own what motherboard and other components & specs?

In summary, Most folks here are using i7 920, 960 or Xenon Processors w/ 8-12Gigs of RAM. Just click on the profiles to see what type of systems we're running.
