OT: What's happening with the SOFO web site?

For the past week, I keep getting 404 error messages. I have been trying to buy something for the past 4 days and I get a "fatal error encountered in processing your order" error message. I have emailed support about this but haven't received a reply. Has anybody else been experiencing similar problems?

Contact customer service. I believe they can process your order by phone. Toll free call from the USA or Canada.

Thanks. I have tried that too, but I live in Australia, about 14 hours ahead of US Central time, so getting a time overlap isn't real easy.

Which product are you trying to buy? Maybe I'll try a dry run and see if the same thing happens to me.
Where do you get the error? If it's after you pay...sorry, you're on your own! :)
Did you try sending them a fax? Make sure it's clear...YOU WISH TO SPEND MONEY!!

I was trying to buy Acid 4.0 Pro upgrade from Acid Music, plus Sound Forge Studio. It isn't just the payment I have been having problems with. I have been unable to get much information from the site too as when I click various links I get "404 page not found" errors. like this:

"The page you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

I accessed the site from another computer and it was working fine, so I came back to my PC and tried again. The problems had disappeared and I was able to purchase Acid Pro 4.0 and Sound Forge Studio. Thanks for the help. I wonder what the problem was??
