Rocket ignition (0:57) is very smooth (slow curve) but start of camera tilt (0:59) is instant (from "no motion" to "linear motion"). Mercalli can do this moment smooth (and can do the same for pan and zoom). Even there is no G, sometimes you need expotential or S curve for start and stop of movement.
