I just bought Vegas 5 with DVD and received my confirmation email explaining that if I want to know when my package will arrive in the mail, I should contact Customer Support. And I'm thinking, why can't Sony just send me a UPS shipping number so I can track it myself? Like every other vendor does. But no, the web page says, to track your package contact Customer Support and ask for the shipping number.
So I call Customer Support and hear a list of menu options that have nothing to do with getting a tracking number.
What gives Sony?
