I'll be running some tests with the new HDV camer from JVC and i'm trying to figure out the workflow. Besicaly i'll be shooting similar subject with DVX100 and the JVC camera and then previewing it at SD on various monitors. The test will involve lots of post work (heavy CC, increasing teh contrast, maybe going to BW) as well as handheld work. I was wondering about the workflow. I'll shoot at 720p24p and then... then what? Do i downconvert using the camera??? Can i even hook up th camera to the computer directly i i need a special deck????
