out of sync

I have managed to move about three fourths of one dialog track out of sync by -0.19. Rather than resynchronizing each piece of dialogue for the rest of a feature length piece, is there a way to just select the rest of that one track and then move it into sync without screwing up the picture and the rest of the audio tracks?

Of course. Right-click on the clip and Synchronize by the appropriate method. Consult the Help topics if you're confused as to which method to use (we can't see your timeline).

Enable Ignore Event Grouping.
R Click the first audio event that's out of sync. Click Select Events to End then drag those events back into sync, you may need to zoom in a bit. When in sync the events should no longer be pink.
Remember to switch Ignore Event Grouping Off again.

If those audio events are from the camera then enabling Quantize To Frames if not already enabled should help you get everything perfectly in sync.
