PAL Vs NTSC

Does anybody know if Vegas Movie Studio PLUS DVD will allow me to Capture and EDIT with an input from a British DV camera (using PAL format) and then allow me to burn into NTSC format?

Well, no! I just did it and it worked! I used PAL video from my camera and then selected NTSC for everything. It's possible the speed was slightly off, but I didn't notice anything.

That's interesting. In theory you can use program to convert PAL to NTSC. I have some home made PAL DVDs - I could rip as one big VOB file > import into Movie Studio, edit and export as NTSC?
