I want my Space Ship to fly in on the screen on the Left side of the screen and go and flyout on the Right side of the screen.

I put my Space Ship ware I want it to come in at and Click Create Keyframe and it works a keyframe is there.
Then I put my Space Ship ware I want it to flyout of the screen at and Click Create keyframe and it works the keyframes are both there.

I have had similar problems - then I discovered that by accident there was in fact a key frame in the centre of the screen.

Look really really carefully at the key frame editor to make certain you don't have a key frame starting it off in the centre.

Most likely your cursor wasn't all the way at the beginning of the event when you created the first keyframe. You always get a beginning keyframe whether you create it or not. So to start out with, click the first of the six keyframe buttons, the one with a left arrow and a line touching it on the left edge. This will place you in the first keyframe. Then move your ship off to the left. Then you can click the right arrow with a line button to move to the end of the event, click the + button to add a keyframe there, and then move the ship off to the right.

This will guarantee that you have two keyframes, one at the beginning and one at the end.

Robert, the speed of the spaceship will be determined by how far apart the keyframes are. If you want it to move faster, make the event shorter, or just move the last keyframe over to the left so that it's closer to the first one.
