Pan/Crop Tab placement on FX chain?

Should the Pan/Crop tab, which always appears on the left, stay on the left, or should it be placed on the right of other FX that you have added. I remember reading a post stating it should be on the right, but my render times are more than doubled when I place it on the right.

thanks, robert

Sounds like "left" is best. I never thought to move it in the chain.

You decide. You can apply effects before or after Pan/Crop.
