It seems that the Video Pan/Crop functionality has been disabled (in the timeline... in menus... everywhere), but I have no idea why... can't find a setting anywhere... it's disabled in all projects, so it must be a Vegas-level setting not a project-level setting. Everything else seems fine. Any help out there?
