Panasonic DVC Pro HD into VMS10?

I will be obtaining a shoot made on a Panasonic HVX 200 camera. The file format is DVC Pro HD on P2 cards. I'm running VMS 10. How can I convert this to a suitable file format for Vagas? I found this:

But do not want to spend $200 on something I'll only need once. Any other way to convert the file format? Thank you !!!

Search for "Raylight Decoder". I think it's $50.
You didn't say you need to encode to dvcpro, did you?
Otherwise, someone with Final Cut should be able to convert them for you.
