Panasonic PV-GS320

I have just ordered this camcorder. It has three CCD's which I like. Does anyone have any experience with this camcorder or what it likely replaces, the PV-GS300? It was one of these or the Sony HC96.

I have/use the Panasonic PV-GS65 3CCD camcorder which appears to be very similar to the PV-GS300 specs, based on a quick look.

I like mine very much, especially the accessibility of so many controls by thumb.

Currently my only gripe has to do with manual focus.

I'm looking forward to getting it. It should come early next week. What would really be great is to be able to buy a simple base camera and then be able to upgrade modular components as needed or as the advances become available. That way you could have as much as possible exactly the camera you want.
