Not quite sure what you mean to have a pan without the picture moving. This is just a guess as to your objective. Make the box with the F smaller at the start, then click the END check box and move the box (without resizing) to where you want to finish. Make certain that the box always has an image within its borders--otherwise you'll see black.

if i make the box smaller it will crop the picture.can i have the full frame and have it pan?

I guess we need to know what you mean by "pan". If you mean the same thing we do, you're asking for the impossible. If you think you can do what you're asking for then you mean something different.

Pan means to move the visible frame across the picture. If the picture is the same size as the frame then as you move the frame across the picture the frame is going to move past the edges of the picture. You will end up seeing the black background on either side of the picture when this happens.

In order to move the frame across the picture and always have the frame full of the picture, the frame must be smaller than the picture. This is accomplished by cropping.
