Panning Efx

can it be done? without making a separate track of the wet only mix and panning it?

Turn on the buss track viewing option and then add a panning envelope for the FX buss you want to pan (this doesn't work for track fx, only buss fx).
It's very easy and gives you great control.
(PS - you can only do this in V4).
