Parent Motion option missing

I am currently trying to edit something that requires me to use the Parent Motion option, which is visible in all versions below Sony Vegas 15. However, since I am on Sony Vegas 15, I cannot seem to find it. Any help?

In VP16 Parent motion is only there if you have tracks below that are made child composites.

These options were not visible by default installation of VP15/VP16

To turn on, click the three stripes button / hamburger icon, and then, 'Edit Visible buttons':
