Partial Color

Ok I am trying to figure out how to make partial color videos. I seen it done on NFL sideline shots last year and loved it. I think it would be neat for certain parts of videos. I can do it to photos in Photoshop but want to do it to videos. Is there a plugin for this or what can I do to do this? I am running on XP pro and have the 8.1 edition.

What you're asking for is called a color pass, or the Pleasantville effect. It can be done very easily with the secondary color corrector that ships with Vegas, or with Aav's ColorLab.

Can you elaborate on how to do it with the color corrector? I actually just downloaded the color lab but it didnt install right.. I have 8.1 on 64 bit dont know if that is why or not.

At this time, ColorLab is only a 32-bit app so that's your problem.
