password error

I get this message at startup. the serial number is not valid or maybe it belongs to another product.

and I can't start the program.

Log into your Magix account and check and see if the serial number there matches what you have used for the software.

The email address for logging into the Vegas or Magix forums and the email address you use to activate Vegas (and log in the Magix Service Center> My Products) may be different. The email address and the activation serial code are paired.
