paste between projects = media offline

i pasted about 5 tracks of clips (from different cams/sources per track) between projects and on one of the tracks Vegas thinks the media is offline.

yesterday I did a replace and and navigated to a copy of the source to trick Vegas and it worked, now today it shows as offline again.

same media is not offline in other project and it is not missing.

Sometimes, i switch to another app and switch back to Vegas just to make sure it actualize files. Also, if you just paste the events, save and reopen, does Vegas request clips locations?

The other trick i often use in this case is to close the .veg, move the sources files or rename the folder, then reopen and force Vegas to relocate.

thanks and yes i know and use all those tricks to "re-link" as needed. this case is super weird though. I can re-link using any of the common methods and work the whole day, then the next day (only those same files) are "offline" again. (but not offline in other projects, only in this "master" project to which they were pasted)

so for now every morning I have to re-link just to keep working but there is really something unique about this - wish there was a fix!!
