OK. I know I'm new and I likely will not post the correct info, but here goes. I have recorded video in HD on my new Canon HFS100. I have recorded in highest quality, and would like to burn DVD's and post on YouTube. My first test with both the camera and the Sony Vegas Movie Studio 9 Platinum Pro Pack (windows xp) worked fine. I only posted the test to YouTube, and did not burn to DVD.
Now I have a new project, and I have apparently changed something. I can import the video clips, edit and get everything just like i want it. The problem comes in rendering. Almost every setting I have chosen only gives me about 25% of the screen when rendering. I did find one setting that seem to render the entire screen, but a 3 minute video was taking about 5 hours. This is not my first time burning DVDs, but it is the first time with this software. Previous was a Canon GL2 with an older version of Vegas Pro.
Any ideas or help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
