Payment error

So I was going to buy Sony Vegas 16. And I got an error at checkout and I refresh the page witch I shouldn't have done. Because it took me back to the home screen. And the money has already been taken from my account so I cant redo the purchase.
Can I get my money back or maybe the download some how.

There is no Sony Vegas 16. Only Vegas Pro 16 or Vegas Movie Studio 16. Anyway if your bank account or credit card has been charged then possibly the transaction has gone through normally. Check your emails for an email from Magix giving you the download link(s) and activation codes.
