Will a DSP card work with Vegas video?

If so which one (preferably PCI-X) is the best choice.?

I have a dual Xeon system and will be upgrading my motherboard with hyper thread feature soon.

I want more power.

I have been researching intels IOP321, Matrox odyssey xcl and tundra tsi 310.
