There is only one pic in the veg so right click drag and drop your own on the missing media panels .you wont see anything unless you do.
Sony Vegas allows you to be creative and versatile if you took PNG’s with transparency of sparks, text, star flashes etc and placed them as Dodge overlay for a few frames the effect can be cool
as it will only react on the luminance of the underlying media so on black it will have 0 effects giving you a torch light effect then if you comp this with a displacement of the underlying media the light will bend following the luminance of the underlying media
