I don't know how to write any scripts but if you goto OPTIONS>PREFERENCES>EDITING, there is a default "new still image length", where you could set that to 7 seconds and get what you're looking for.

The Duration Wizard in Excalibur will perform exactly this task.

I need a script may be not, I need to drop the select pic in to the track and all the following pic make autofade between them.
I explain:
The first pic have 7s then the second pic may drop at the 6th second then the thirst may dropt at the 11th second..........
Help me if you anderstand

In the same location that rednroll mentioned, there is an option to automatically overlap. Set the "cut to overlap conversion" to the amount you want the clips to overlap.
