PICTURE COMPILATIONS

I just upgraded to 8.0 and have a few questions about the picture compilation procedure.

(1) Is there any way to bach insert, say, 50 slides onto the timeline?

(2) I notice that when singly inserted the first slide input is at the end. Do I have to put the last slide in first to have to go from start to finish?

(3) How do I bring them in so there is a 1 sec. overlap? Or do I have to do all this on a V8 timeline first

#1: Select them in the explorer window and drag them to the timeline

#2: Select the images and then make sure you drag the FIRST one to the timeline. Whichever one you drag will be first and then the rest will follow alphabetically

#3: Options - Preferences - Editing tab - make sure you have the auto overlap turned on and set to 1 second. This should be done BEFORE dragging them all to the timeline.

MANY THANKS! I didn't realize the auto lap feature worked for DVD Arch 8 as well.
