Picture fuzzy

in the video preview window the video is fine and clear when i preview the individual video clips in my folder but then when inserted and viewed in my movie it looks pixilated. What do i do and will this fuzzyness transfer to dvd if i burn it?

Do you have your preview quality set to draft?

Buy a couple DVD-RW disks for testing purposes, render the video, and find out for yourself.

I have the same problem now and it did end up on my dvd when I burned it. I then shot more video and it continues to be pixelated.

Were you able to figure this out? I could use the help, I am lost now.
