Picture in Picture

I've used the thing where sound is utilised to syncronize the two video tracks for picture in picture but because of the positioning of the cameras I want to "nudge" one video track 2 frames on - is there a simple way to do this? Ideally with the keyboard as the mouse doesn't offer fine enough control.

Left and right arrows, hold ALT down for frame movement.

That moves the who play head, I want to shift one of the video tracks a couple of frames earlier ie shift one video track two frames but not the other.

whoops sorry. Try the arrows on keypad number 4 and 5. If you zoom your timeline in, it will move 1 frame.
