Can I do PIP like they do in SPorts shows and stuff, like put another video frame in, say a turned off TV to make it look like the video is on the tv?

Use the 'Cookie Cutter'

Video/still image of TV on first track.
"Sports show" video on second track.
Position Cookie Cutter on first track to fit TV screen.
Pan/Crop second track to reduce size to fit.

Use the Bezier masking tool in Vegas 5 to define whatever shape you want to fill with another video. Works like a charm!

So would we still set our timeline up like delta said? Which track/vent would we put the bezier on?

I'm asking because I've wanted to make different shapes for my PIP's for some time now. Thanks a bunch for contributing to this thread.
