Put each picture on a separate track and use track motion to align them.

i know how to do that, what i'm doing is I have a video clip of a bride and groom dancing, I want the clip to be playing constantly. then i want to insert some video clips maybe in the corner, but without the video in a square box, it's almost like creating a mask in photoshop. any ideas?

Apply the Cookie Cutter effect to the inset video clip, choose an appropriate Shape, adjust the Feather and Size sliders as desired.

... or use a Bezier mask (in Pan/Crop) and set the edge to "feather".

You could also create the Mask in photoshop and use it as an Alpha/Matte channel to cut the hole for one of the videos.

That's a good idea. I never thought of that.

Could you simply state how to do this? Steps?

Thanks!
