picture in picture

I have a clip of a music video that I would like to put a picture in.The music video is in track 2.The picture that I want to insert is in track 1. I click on the track motion and I am able to do so. However it effects all of the titles and what not that I have in track 1. Is there any way to isolate the effect only to the one picture that I want to insert ? Thanks

In this case Pan/Crop might be easier. Open up Pan/Crop for that one picture and drag the dashed cropping line out larger. this will reduce the size of the picture.

If you want to stay with Track Motion you can either put that one picture on it's own track or use keyframes to turn the effect on/off where desired.

Thanks for the help. I added another track and did it that way.
