Picture within a picture that zooms in.

I was checkin out some of the earlier posts on borders.
How do I go about having a full screen picture that has another picture zoom in from say the right bottom.It would start as a little dot then bloom into the full screen as the segment rolled covering the original picture.
Masking I am guessing and track motion?Border?
It would be say like a small picture border that grows into the full screen.
Sorry for the bad interp on this.
I know what I want,just hard to explain.

Maybe I don't understand your question, but the way I would program it would be to use the transitions that are availble with VV3. It's pretty easy, over lap the video clips and drag and drop the transition you want. If you want the second clip to take a while before it takes the entire screen, enlarge the over lapping area and you have it. I believe I saw a transition already pre-built in VV3 which should do the trick.
