pictures and safearea

The pictures added to Picture SlideShow are out of action safearea (stretch to letterbox) in DVD architect. Can You help me how to fit (or stretch?) to safearea this pictures? Safearea is 10% (PAL).

I had to use a photo editor such as JASC Paintshop Pro.

I am not familiar with PAL screen size but create a background the
size of your screen in a color that compliments your photo. Place
the photo in the center of the background sizing it to the safe area for
PAL.
