The Pinnacle DV500 isn't an OHCI compliant device, therefore our videocapture utility won't recognize a signal coming in from your external device. You could capture your video to your hard-drive using software that is compatible with the DV500, then use the NLE tools in Videofactory to edit and produce streaming media, or prepare the data for printing to tape. Again, you would need to use another application to print to tape, as the video capture/print to tape utility included with VideoFactory won't recognize the Pinnacle DV500.
