Pinstripes on Vegas video 20

How do I get rid of these? I know I clicked on something inadvertently a long time ago that caused the entire interface to be covered with white vertical stripes, most likely delineating individual frames along the timeline but I'm tired of these by now. Therefore my question; what should I press to make these go away and a secondary question: what are their function anyway?

Thanks ahead for an explanation.

Can you show a screenshot of what you are referring to?

You have to blow it up I guess.

I found something similar in the INTERNAL OPTIONS. If you set DRAW GRID IN NON DATA AREA to FALSE, it should fix it.

Well, I'll just wait and see if anyone shows up with a concrete answer. It's not anything that gets in my way except that I have to keep telling passersby that 'I dunno'. Otherwise I am very happy with this latest version.

Thanks, jet.

Simple in a forest of Simples.😬 I set mine to minutes which works well for me and had always wondered how and where to do that.
