You might have mentioned that they were awarded that right as compensation for illegal USA activities. That the international court in effect let them seize assets rather than awarding monetary compensation is an interesting twist.

Doesnt seem real fair that copyright authors are made to pay for the illegal acts of the US government. This is just like the Iraqi war minus the bloodshed.
