Pixelizing

I would like to pixelize a small ovular portion of the screen where a person's face is so you can't tell the identity of the person. I would need to keyframe it as the person moves as well. Is this possible with Vegas 4.0b? How would I go about doing it?

I would change from the pixelating filter and use a blur instead. The FX cookie cutter window has a work area. Move the square inside to position the mask. Use the controls to the right to size the mask. Add keyframes as needed.
