What you show in the screen recording is not planar tracking, it's the legacy tracking. To apply planar tracking you need to select "Shape & Location" as tracking mode.

Marco when i use Shape and Location it don't do the job. can you show me how to do it?

You would probably have to set the mask more precisely. In your example I doubt a simple rectangle would do, instead setting a Bézier mask exactly onto the affected surface should work.
