Platinum 9 Pro Pack Registration Problem

OK Everything installed fine (so far) but when Installing New Blue Effects and Transistions the damn thing wants me to register on line BUT my workstation is a standalone box and doesn't have a network connection.

The installer has an error window that states there was a problem connecting to the internet and cancils. No option to register on another machine.

I have a problem report into technical support.

Hello Byron,

Unfortunately, Cartoonr does require that internet connection. It\'s actually a free product (you can get it from our website too.) You might consider temporarily connecting to the internet while installing it, then disconnecting

On the other hand, the transition packs, which is what you have the serial numbers for, do not require an internet connection to activate.
