Play/decode WMV9, MPEG4 etc full stream?

I need a video/graphics card that will play/video decode of WMV9, MPEG-4, MPEG-2 streams at HD. Must be able to play wmv9 High Definition 1920x1080 from HD to LCD such as Dell's 2405 1920x1200 LCD monitor at full HD resolution and full frame rate. I have done hours of research on web/cnet etc but not found anything I can see gaurantees it does what I need.

This must be around for how elese do you demo HDV at full resolution and frame rate to clients using the computer?

I use my trusty little network DVD player from IO-Data called the AVel Linkplayer 2

Plays HD content direct from my PC's shared hard drive onto my DELL 2405 monitor
