Yes, it is quite easy.

It works best if you have all of them in one file. But it will work either way.

See can end actions do this, in this forum - it can do exactly what you want.

let me get this straight...basically what I need to do is:
combine ep1 ep2 ep3 into one big long file (alleps)
add 4 instances of alleps

in the first instance set in and out points to start and end of 1st ep
in the second instance set in and out points to start and end of 2nd ep
in the third instance set in and out points to start and end of 3rd ep
in the last instance set in and out points to start and end of alleps

and then in the menus just link to those instances? will it matter if I have 3 audio streams and 2 subtitle streams for alleps?

and then one of them end event back to the menu and on the other link to the next ep? and so on for the other two eps?

You got it, but you do not have to combine them to make it work - it just works better on play-all, because you can reverse past the current segment.

You choose which stream and sub-title you want with each occurance.

There should be a way to just add a play all button without combining all episodes to 1 file. Tmpgenc DVD Author can do it, Why can't Architect?

Architect can do it. See the post in this thread by Express and the thread that he links to.

DVDA 2.0 can do it. Insert a "Music Compilation" (poorly named, since you can put video files into it). All files in the Music Compilation will be combined into one VOB (although they must have the same AC3 and video characteristics (e.g., you cannot mix 5.1 and 2 channel AC-3). Then, put your multiple files into this Music Compilation. The video will play continously from one to the next, and you can use the chapter and search functions to go back and forward through the music compilation. You can then add Play All and Scene Selection menus.
