Play time of digital photos

Anybody know how to adjust the play time of digital photos that I added into the video track? I don't even know how to change the default time. I have a bunch of photos that I added in the track, and it is very time consuming if I manually adjust each of them. Please help.

Before you add any stills, click on Options --> Preferences --> Editing Tab. Part way down the screen is "New Still Image Length (Seconds):" The default is set for 5 seconds.
