Playback in the timeline looks to be sped up but I did not speed it up. I t was working just fine but I decided to restart the computer to clear it out and when I opened it up the playback was sped up. I tried Ctrl+Shift and open vegas to set to defaults and that did not fix it. I also tried using J_K_L scrub feature that didn't work either. Can anyone clue me into what's going on? Thanks!
What format and frame rate are your original video files and what are Vegas's project properties set to? If they don't match then Vegas may play back the imported video at the wrong rate. But it depends on getting your project settings correct for how Vegas handles mis matching video rates.
Make sure that at the bottom left of the screen that VEGAS speed rate says 0 ( Zero )
