I use M-Audio's Audiophlie 24/96 card. I recorded in CD's
from a DVD using and digital SPDIF output/input. I set ALL
the VEGAS settings at 96 and 24 bit to record. I recorded
hours of music into seperate VEGAS FILES. I played them
back after each save and they sounded GREAT! HOWEVER,
later that night, I tried to play the very *.veg files I
had saved, NOW THEY ALL PLAYBACK AT DOUBLE SPEED. I tried
reconfiguring many settings in VEGAS, on the card, and in
win98 control panel, yet, to no avail I failed. They still
play 2times the normal speed. One thing I found
interesting, WHILE recording in the CD's to VEGAS, i
noticed that the CLOCK, that i had set on seconds, was only
running at 1/2 the normal speed of time. That is, for
every ONE second that passed in reality, only 1/2 of ONE
second passed on the VEGAS CLOCK. But remember, after I
saved the files and played them back, with a short period
of time, they all PLAYED FINE. HELP!!!!!!!
