Playback Jitters Randomly

I've rendered a video in both WMV and MOV formats. I'm doing a lot of slow pans from left to right. In both rendered files, I get random jitters rather than smooth motion. During playback, I can move back to the point where it jittered and it usually won't jitter again. I've tried this on four computers running various Windows operating systems. It doesn't appear to be a problem with the video source I rendering from, but rather how the video is rendered. If you want to see what I'm talking about, you can view the two files here:

This link will bring you to a web page the will allow you to select the MOV file. The MOF format seems to be worse.

This link will bring you right to the WMV file. You might have to watch closely, but you'll see the jitters once and a while.

I'm not sure what I can do to solve this. I've tried different settings in the render, but I still get these randon jitters.

I've done other videos where I have not seen this behavior. But I haven't done much left to right pans like these. One other thing to note, this video was shot using a .6x wide adapter to increase my field of view.

Any ideas?

Thanks much!!!
Ron
