Playing a Clip Backwards

Is there any way that I can reverse a clip so that it plays backwards
e.g. my footage is zooming in but I would rather it zoom out, or I want to show a person walking backwards etc.

Boppalong,
Right click on the event and select insert/remove velocity envelope. A green line will appear on your event. Pull it down to below zero (a negative number) with -100 being reverse at 'full' speed.
