ok i want that effect where u see it in slow mo then fast motion for a split second then slo mo or normal speed again

but whenever i chop and cut the vids to insert velocity, by the time it goes to the next cut frame, it's at a different spot so it doesn't flow well.

you've seen this type of effect before. on commercials and music vids.

how is the correct way to do this. using velocity.
